Well, that bike actually exists but the Kawasaki Ninja H2 2015 is the street legal model which is said to be less powerful and even heavier than that bike but the spirit of the bike will remain intact.

The chassis will be made out of aviation grate aluminum while all the body panels will be made out of carbon fiber, so that the total weight of the road legal bike, the H2, will be less than 520 pounds which even though it is more than some other super-sport bikes, it should compensate with the power it will provide.

The brakes will be made out of two ventilated and perforated 330mm discs in the front and a 250mm disc at the back and they will be assisted by ABS during normal use.
